Units 2 & 3 have their own personal courtyard as well as a covered patio with a roof. The owner’s retail background and frequent visits to Asia show in the inside and outside décor.

Zenergie delicately balances the oriental concepts of Yin & Yang and uses the persuasive forces of Feng Shui to create a harmony of space, environment and mind. Zenergie is in Kongwak which is about 40kms east of Phillip Island and which lies about 500 meters off the Korumburra-Inverloch rd (C441). To get to Korumburra follow the South Gippsland Hwy (180) to Korumburra and then turn on to the Korumburra-Inverloch rd (C441 / half way up the main street). Alternatively use the Bass Hwy (181) to get to Inverloch (30kms past the Phillip Island turn-off) and then turn left on to the Korumburra-Inverloch rd (C441). Signage to Zenergie appears along the Korumburra-Inverloch Rd as you enter Kongwak. the property lies on the Eastern edge of town on the Kongwak-Inverloch Rd.
